We have seen the investment in this area rise year over year with prices but we see no indictaion of this changing in 2011. Many neighbourhoods have seen roller coaster rides with prices over the past 30 years but once in awhile we find a stable neighbourhood that develops a reputation of value, intimacy and comfort.
